The vehicle was as advertised. The sales associate was professional and polite. The associate was able to answer any questions that i had about the vehicle. The 2 star rating is due to the fact that they attempted to push "add ons" that i did not want. After the third time that the offer sheet was brought back and still had the undesired additions, I got up to leave. The sales manager then removed the additions and was able to complete the sale. The second problem is the way by which they valued my trade, it was placed in a 20 minute valuation auction for other dealers. Upon action end that is the value that was assigned to my trade, and was below market value. I was able to get the trade value raise appropriately upon my attempt to leave. The third problem was that the payment amount noted on the offer sheet was based on "average" interest rates, 15%! After 3 1/2 hours, I finally left with the vehicle that I had pre-selected and my payments were within $1 of what I had calculated before arriving. The experience would have been great if I had not been pushed to the point of walking out and dropping the deal. The only reason that i completed the purchase is that the offer came back at what i had originally asked for. Don't be hesitant to play hard ball. More

Once I arrived for a test drive the sales representative was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. Where I was most impressed was with the Finance process. Not only was Keri informative, she was professional and diligent. I had to adjust my terms and she was accommodating. She presented a level of professionalism and customer service that I have yet to receive when purchasing a vehicle. More

This was an all-around excellent experience. Nick Lee was one of the few people to contact me back after I made an inquiry.
