Working with Ron Pilz as my sales person at the dealership was amazing. Ron made it one of the easiest purchases of a vehicle that I’ve ever had. Keri Kicker in the finance department made the purchase finalization seamless and believe it or not, FUN! TO THE DEALERSHIP, your used car finance department needs additional help. Keri is amazing and works fast but the wait to finalize with her was loooooonnnnng because she was running solo. Also, Ryan in the service department worked some last minute magic for me to get me on the road with my new ride. Major props to the entire team for making my purchase and easy and fun experience. The oil change and inspection I came for did get done, but two other things came up as needing service — replacing an air filter and something else — did NOT get done even though I did the online form say but two other things came up as needing service — replacing an air filter and something else — did NOT get done even though I did the online form saying yes please do these other two things, so that was disappointing. I now have to bring my car in a second time. Also, I had a “service tire mobility kit” light on, so I wanted the kit SERVICED, but the tech ask me “do you want it replaced or just the light turned off?” I answered that I wanted it SERVICED. Then she went into this whole “I’m new here” blah blah blah. So I have no idea if it got serviced! I was not charged for replacement, which makes me think she just had the techs turn the light off, which is definitely NOT what I wanted. I need a FUNCTIONAL tire mobility kit. So no, this was not the best service experience. More

They auction your trade in and you can see buyers This dealership allowed 7 days to return a used car, but I kept and am very happy with my purchase. They auction your trade in and you can see buyers bid on it. I got $2,500 more on my trade in that a different Ford dealership offered me. Very satisfied. More
