A couple months ago, I started the process of buying a new truck...and was surprised how the buying experience has changed! Wesley, who helped me at TCLJF, introduced me to Leo and we went to work. Ended up getting 2 new 2022's including a truck that was already ordered. We were worried about the timing of the delivery, but it all worked out well. We feel we got a fair price, but what stood out again was the transparency and professionalism of the team. Great work and appreciate y'all! More

We went in hoping to get a new / used fleet truck ... and in LARGE part due to how Drew handle the fact that there were no fleet trucks available, we walked out with a fully tricked-out Rocky Ridge F150. I bought my vehicle online. There was poor communication and support during the sales process. When I received the car, there was damage that was not disclosed in the photos o There was poor communication and support during the sales process. When I received the car, there was damage that was not disclosed in the photos or written advertisement. I had to enlist the help of the vehicle transport service to prove the damage was there and once I did, it was up to me to come up with a plan to fix it with little or no direction from the dealer. They simply did not care - they had they’re money. I would never buy another car from this dealer. By the way, my car is still not fixed… More
When buying the truck Nick was great any problem I had he made it a priority to get IOU’s for me. My problem with my experience has nothing to do with him. I had a terrible experience when I came in for one of those IOU’s which was a very, very simple task of just telling me if the back up camera was working or not. I brought the truck in at 9:30am, I didn’t leave until 1pm because no one communicated that I was at the dealership waiting to for this simple fix. It wasn’t until Charles from the service department found me and apologized and got me on my way. So far Nick from used car sales and Charles from service have been amazing to me but because Nick wasn’t there I wasn’t taken care of. That’s not how things should be. He shouldn’t be responsible for other people not communicating. More
