I just purchased a new Ford from Rudy De Leon. I would like to commend his follow up, professionalism, friendliness, and non-pushy persistence! I was looking for a very specific vehicle(2022 Explorer ST) with specific options and relayed that to Rudy at first contact. I was in no hurry to make a purchase since this is a second vehicle and i didn't have to have it. Soon as one came in, he reached out to me immediately, and let me know that one was on the lot. Most car sales people from my experience do not follow up or keep in contact, but he did! Had he not followed up with me i can say i wouldn't have purchased this vehicle anytime in the near future. Everyone we worked with was fine up until our car was delivered. No one ever informed us that the vehicle only had one key, and then after we tried to get a 2nd key we started getting the runaround and t delivered. No one ever informed us that the vehicle only had one key, and then after we tried to get a 2nd key we started getting the runaround and then were told we should of asked for it before the deal was finalized. Since we never knew that there was only one key, I am not sure how we could have done that. You would think that after spending over $50k on a vehicle they would be more willing to work with us to get this resolved. More
