Just got my new 2022 Bronco here, after my daughter bought a used car and I bought an Expedition here previously. All three have been very good experiences, and each unique, especially compared to oth bought a used car and I bought an Expedition here previously. All three have been very good experiences, and each unique, especially compared to other dealerships I've dealt with. My daughter needed reliable transportation as inexpensively as possible for her first car. They worked with her and she's still driving it nearly ten years later. The Expedition sale was done via a few phone calls and several text messages while I was traveling for business, making it so much more convenient. The Bronco was a 16 month collaboration from initial reservation through delivery, where they honored the original MSRP and price-match, quickly solving a delivery issue with a loose computer module connection that originally appeared much worse! Through it all, they've been straight up with me. Its also been a considerably better service experience than the local Jeep dealers and my Wrangler (part of the reason for me leaving my life-long Jeep vehicles for the new Bronco). I absolutely love my new Bronco, which was worth the wait! More
