This dealership wasn't closest to me but I chose to order the car through them as the other one I went to had completely clueless salespeople. Ordering wasn't very smooth as they did not have any vehicle of the color we wanted or the model we were after. Nevertheless, we got it ordered and waited our 6 months before it got made. We got regular updates from Ford about the manufacturing process. I appreciate the dealer submitting paperwork to the state to apply for the plugin hybrid rebate for me. The pickup process was fine. The salesperson was helpful and told us about a few features that were new to us. It took a while to get the loan details worked out so that's something that can be streamlined. Overall, the process was good and I appreciate the salespeople being knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. I also like that the price is fixed when you order, which is important these days. More
