Hands down, this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! The on-site auction was amazing and I got a great deal on my used car that really helped with down payment on my brand new dream car! From ever had! From the first greeting as I walked on the lot to Drew Field, my super friendly salesman, to Shannon Mabry the Sales manager, to Brian Calderon in Finance, I experienced such friendly service as I really never have before. I’m a very picky introvert and most dealerships in the past have done nothing but treat me like I’m an annoyance. Drew did a FaceTime meeting with me before I drove from my home in Denver Colorado and was so patient, answered all my questions and showed me every detail of the car. I was kept informed all the way through the auction, had a great test drive and Drew had the car fully cleaned and detailed for me. Never felt pressured as I got an extended Ford warranty I needed. This dealership does not just talk the talk, the walk the walk. I will never buy a car from another dealer again!!! The cherry on the cake was getting a phone call from Gordon, the sales director no less, wanting to be sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. You guys hit it out of the park! More
