Everyone I worked with pulled together to get me in the vehicle I wanted as efficiently as possible. While Rudy de Leon had me on my test drive, Mario Huneycutt, the sales manager was getting bids on my t vehicle I wanted as efficiently as possible. While Rudy de Leon had me on my test drive, Mario Huneycutt, the sales manager was getting bids on my trade in. Once those numbers came in, Will Taylor, the finance manager, was looking for the best rate for the term I was looking for. This was a great experience with straight talk and no hard sell. I got what I wanted at a great price and worked with a team who wanted to see me happy. I had to tell the general manager, Chris Uranga, about how good of an experience I had. Yoany was awesome. Communication, follow up after the sale, and was down to earth throughout. Very personable. Not sure what happened but it took a couple hours, at the 'main dealership' up the driveway (vs the used car center). Everyone was very helpful and friendly, it just too far longer than necessary.
