Bought a new truck in 2016 and it was a great experience. Fast forward to 2022 bought a used truck and it was terrible. The experience took over 12 hours to get the vehicle, then they screwed up the paperwor Fast forward to 2022 bought a used truck and it was terrible. The experience took over 12 hours to get the vehicle, then they screwed up the paperwork causing be to have to return to the dealership a couple days later. Then for some reason they used 3 different addresses on all the paperwork causing more headaches. etc etc needless to say I wouldn't do business again with there used vehicle division. More
