After adamantly telling me my trade in was only valued at 20K, they turned around and listed it for 31K. Very questionable business practice. I understand being in business to turn a profit, but deception shouldn’t be baked into the business plan. Because of that, I would never recommend Leif Johnson Ford to my family or friends. As far as the people I dealt with, I had no problems with anyone. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The only ones I had direct contact with were Drew Farmer, Jeff Cruz, and Wesley Staton. Those guys were just fine. I’ve been buying vehicles for 50 years now and the business hasn’t changed one bit! I don’t guess it ever will either. Wouldn’t it be nice to have an open, honest and transparent process so folks wouldn’t dread the experience? More

I received a call from the general manager concerning my posting and we had a very productive conversation during which she exp a new truck purchase. I received a call from the general manager concerning my posting and we had a very productive conversation during which she explained what had happened and expressed concern about my perception of how that part of the process had disappointed me. We both cleared the air around the trade in issue and I feel the need to clarify an important issue. I was never dissatisfied with any of my interactions with the staff at Leif Johnson. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional throughout my experience with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Drew, Jeff, or Wesley in the future. I particularly appreciate the follow up phone call I got. I believe that speaks well of an organization that’s willing to own it and explain it when it comes to customer care. More
