We just took delivery of a factory-ordered 2022 Maverick XLT AWD. The truck is wonderful. Melissa placed the order via online and phone communication. The process was seamless, and Ford did a good job of building and delivering the Maverick ahead of the estimated time. We moved prior to ordering the Maverick, but there was no question that it would come from Leif Johnson. So, we drove 240 miles to take delivery on the Maverick. When we buy another vehicle, it will still be through Melissa and Leif Johnson Ford. More

I bought a 2018 used vehicle due to the prices being crazy right now. On the day of pickup I discovered a rattling under the dash and asked them about it. They found it was being caused by when they had crazy right now. On the day of pickup I discovered a rattling under the dash and asked them about it. They found it was being caused by when they had removed the Lojack device at my request. But they had done a sloppy job and left things dangling. Then, I went to a shop to have the tires changed because the alignment was obviously out because the wear on the tires showed it. I got new tires and an alignment. While they were doing the alignment they discovered the front struts were bent. They were both bent so badly that they were rubbing on the coil springs. How can you possibly miss all this while doing your inspection of the vehicle prior to selling it? I am not a mechanic and it was obvious to me without getting underneath the truck. I won't be buying anything from this dealer ever again. More
