I found the vehicle I wanted online (autotrader). I asked if the vehicle was available by email. I received a reply in minutes by email. Then an email from a rep. Can I contact you by phone ? I did. 2 minutes later she tells me Brian from finance will contact me shortly. And he did. Brian called me gave me the offers and I picked the one that worked for me. All over the phone. I live 2 hrs away and at that moment Without a vehicle. Scary !! Right. Don’t buy a car you haven’t seen or test drove. Taylor was aware of my situation and offered a live feed walk down of the vehicle. Brian offered delivery to my home .. sure anyone delivers -2 hrs away gonna cost $$$$. No. It was extremely reasonably and next day - it was already 5pm or it would have been same day. It arrived and I test drove it. No issues, nothing I had not already seen in the viewing and pics. I have never had such a pleasurable experience buying a car !!! I didn’t have to sit at the dealership for 5 hours going back and fourth. The Lief Johnson team was actually there to help me and not just to sell a car. They listened and meet my needs. Thank you. I was in a bad situation and you did not take advantage of me.
