My husband and I bought what we thought was a great used vehicle from them. The buying process was simple and easy but everything fell apart after the delivery. What we didn't know is that the vehicle was falsely advertised as a top tier trim package (TRD Pro) when it fact it was just the lowest base package all dolled up. The truck came with oversized tires that rub every time it turns, all tires came with 5/32 tread life left on them, and the brakes are pretty much gone. We brought these concerns up to them multiple times and they always said, "let me get with my manager and I'll call you back". This is a copout statement where they in fact will never get back with you and hope you go away. More

So happy to say I finally purchased my first car and could not be happier! Started working with Tim Jacobs in November/December 2020 after being curious to order a Bronco Sport. Test drove a few cars to consider my options and while they were great I had my eyes set on the bronco sport and placed a deposit. My first order arrived in March of 2021 but unfortunately austin had a pretty bad hail storm around the same time and my car was one of the ones to get hail damage. After being offered a discount and other options like replacing the damages, I decided not purchase and instead order another vehicle. Unfortunately because of shortages and delays my reorder (that included a moon roof package) was taking a while to get fulfilled. Luckily in September the dealer was receiving an order similar (without that extra package). After being able switch my deposit to the car arriving I was able to purchase my new first car. Tim Jacobs was great through the entire process. And while I was a bit impatient with the wait, everything was else was great! When askes about these issues the salesperson will say they'll get with the manager, that is a coded slogan meaning, "you won't hear back from us about your issues but thanks for buying from Leif Johnson Ford."
