My used vehicle buying experience started off smoothly but ended up feeling very rushed. The sales rep didn't really even walk me through the known issues with the vehicle, didn't point out dents, cosmeti but ended up feeling very rushed. The sales rep didn't really even walk me through the known issues with the vehicle, didn't point out dents, cosmetic damage, or anything else that I would have to live with if I wanted to buy the vehicle. He then told me he could sell it to me for 15k pending approval and came back saying, "unfortunately we can't do less then $16,500." Why even bring it up if you can't sell it for less? Not two weeks after purchasing the vehicle I had to return it because the alignment went out of wack. Turns out the mechanic knew there were front end problems that needed to be fixed and warned them about it but it got sold that way anyway. Luckily they had records of all this so the dealership fixed it at no cost to me. Furthermore I specifically requested a warranty from the sales rep that covered everything from steering components to engine and electrical problems but I was sold a lesser warranty. I had to go back and pay an additional $1700 for the warranty I originally requested. It's now been almost a month since I've had the vehicle and the shifter broke as I was trying to reverse intoy driveway leaving me stranded in the middle of the street blocking one lane of traffic. Fortunately the dealership lent me a vehicle to operate my business with for two weeks while they worked on front end issues that were only supposed to take 2hrs. Who knows what they'll do know. Apparently the thorough inspection they put these vehicles through before selling them on the used lot is not so thorough. Ball joints, upper control arms, lower control arms and now a shifter problem. Seems like the inspection process needs improvement. Luckily I have a warranty. I hope they do right by me and get everything else that needs to be fixed taken care of so I'm not stranded again. More

Otay Martinez was my service advisor and he did a fantastic job! He worked on two separate instances: one was for replacing the rear main engine seal, the other was for replacing the starter. Had a strange and annoying issue with my used car purchase almost immediately upon driving off the lot. The hazards intermittently turn on at complete random and the button won’t engage to turn them purchase almost immediately upon driving off the lot. He said he didn’t know what it could be and to let him know if it persisted. Then he asked me to send him pictures of the front and back of the key tag that he left attached to the key, which I did. The next day the problem was still there. I once again contacted my sales agent Karim via text and asked him how the problem could have cropped up only after the test drive and make ready. This time, I got no response for two days. It feels like a slap in the face - we were easy customers that got him a decent commission on a rainy day when NO ONE else was there buying cars and, even though we reported the problem less than 30 minutes after driving it off the lot, Karim seems to be avoiding me and unable to return my calls or messages. I finally had to contact the manager at the dealership to get an appointment to (hopefully) get this problem resolved. More
