After setting up an appointment and waiting for 2 hours I had to go ask how much longer the service was going to take. No one came to let me know anything. Then was told maybe 30 more minutes or so after had to go ask how much longer the service was going to take. No one came to let me know anything. Then was told maybe 30 more minutes or so after a few minutes from when I went to ask he came back tp tell me it would be 3-4 hours more. He went back to ask if they could give us a ride somewhere and the person doing the shuttle had already left for the day. They were waiting on an oil filter? I suggested that someone in that department go pick it up as at this point had already waited 3 hours? He then went to ask someone again and came back to say that there would be someone to go pick it up after all and as soon as they got back they would get me going. When I went to pay I asked if I would be compensated and he said no. I asked to speak to a manager which told me no at first because I didn't have an appointment which in fact I did. Never in all the years I have taken my vehicles there had I experienced anything like this. More

Everything was taken care of as it should. My only problem was after replacing front windshield, they didn't even attempt to clean the inside with all the debri that was left behind, and the windshiel problem was after replacing front windshield, they didn't even attempt to clean the inside with all the debri that was left behind, and the windshield wipers weren't callobrated properly. It was done once I pointed it out to my service advisor. He sent it back and had it done properly More
