10:00 AM appointment for brake squeal. Arrived at 9:45 AM. Received a VoiceMail at 4:41 PM saying the truck (2014 F-150 FX4) would not be ready because "parts had to be ordered". I RSVP'd and had to le AM. Received a VoiceMail at 4:41 PM saying the truck (2014 F-150 FX4) would not be ready because "parts had to be ordered". I RSVP'd and had to leave a VoiceMail. The call was not returned. I called at 10 AM the following morning and his explanation was "I leave at 3:30 and come in at 9 and it's only 10 now." Parts weren't ordered.... I wasn't passed to someone who could have been a team member to assist in his absence... his only response was "I'm sorry". "I'm sorry" "I'm sorry" which didn't resolve the screeching. He said the struck was still drivable so I had to wait for my wife to get back from work to get a ride to pick up my truck which I did. More
