I called for an appointment on Monday for a backup camera that was inoperative. I dropped the car off Tuesday, it was diagnosed Tuesday afternoon and it was installed and picked up Wednesday afternoon. I ha that was inoperative. For Leif Johnson Ford: disappointing that you don’t offer loaners. Especially since a loaner option was described to me in buying me warranty/maintenance plan. Do no appreciate the unclear communication on that front and the refusal to provide loaners. this is a reflection of Ford policies and not on service members like Jaime.
