Car was taken to have a few services done and be looked at for an odd sound that it would make upon braking. We were called to pick up the car and when we got there we asked them what happened with the sou at for an odd sound that it would make upon braking. We were called to pick up the car and when we got there we asked them what happened with the sound and learned that it hadn’t been looked at. Nobody knew why. We had to leave it another day and were told it would be looked at first thing in the morning. We didn’t receive a call until late afternoon and we were only told the sound was coming from the tires. When asked for more details, none were provided. We declined any further services and decided to pick up the vehicle. More

Hard to get some to help us. Hail damage not disclosed until final paperwork was represented. What else have they hidden that they weren't required to disclose?!
