I have no doubt they will honor all of the warranty and featured additions in my deal but it is a car dealership, and they do things dealership style (leaving the desk several times, playing negotiating games and acting like it's personal if the price gets dropped by $150). If you want traditional, this is a good place to go. If you want easy and simple, Carmax. More
