I called Leif Johnson about a truck I had viewed on their website. I visited the dealership and found out the one I was interested in had been damaged in an accident. Charlie Tisdale worked with me and put i website. I visited the dealership and found out the one I was interested in had been damaged in an accident. Charlie Tisdale worked with me and put in a custom order for the truck. He kept me posted throughout the whole process. Once it arrived the team had all of the paperwork ready and was able to be in and out in about 45 minutes. There was an issue with the truck caused during assembly that I discovered after arriving home. This is when I was able to see how Charlie and the team takes care of their customer's. They went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure I was informed and pleased with the process. Cullen Walsh was also extremely helpful in making sure once the problem was corrected (1 day) they delivered the truck to my home in Georgetown with everything resolved a fresh detail and a topped off tank of diesel. This was the best car buying experience I have experienced. I would recommend them to anyone. The next vehicle I purchase will be from Leif Johnson Ford. More
