Despite two service trips to Austin, the issue persisted when I went to pick up my vehicle. However, Leif Johnson Ford went above and beyond by delivering a brand new rental vehicle to my doorstep, allowing me to switch out the 2020 Ford Explorer. They took it upon themselves to ensure that I was inconvenienced as little as possible. After three trips to the service station, all issues were resolved, and to my surprise, the entire process was free of charge, including the rental vehicle. Despite the inconvenience, Leif Johnson Ford handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and rectified the issues promptly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile has earned every single star in this review. The only aspect that slightly marred my experience was during the financial section, where I repeatedly stated the agreed-upon price, yet was offered additional items that I did not want. It's something to be mindful of during the purchasing process. If you are interested in extras then this will not be an issue for you! Overall, Leif Johnson Ford's genuine care for their customers and their unwavering dedication to making things right has left a lasting impression on me. The dealership has a great group of employees and managers. I rented two cars to test drive while determining the fate of my 2013 Escape. I was looking for good gas mileage and decided that the Explorer and Edge were good cars with a lot of whistles and bells, but I went with the 2023 Escape Platnimum with EcoBoost and after a test drive with the salesmen, I was ready to make a purchase. When the paperwork was complete, and we emptied out the traded 2013 Escape, I met with Ryan Fisher and got the deal closed. I think made a good purchase and will be dealing with Leif Johnson for at least another 10 years. More

I found a Bronco online that I absolutely fell in love with, contacted the dealer to confirm availability and was told it was still available. Requested an appointment for a test drive as I was coming fro with, contacted the dealer to confirm availability and was told it was still available. Requested an appointment for a test drive as I was coming from several hours away, this was taken care of very quickly. After driving 2 1/2 hours, we arrived at the dealership only to wait for 20 minutes while a sales clerk "looked for the keys". He then returned only to tell us that the vehicle was sent to a different location to add $20,000.00 worth of 'modifications'. The clerk then asked if we wanted to buy the vehicle when it was done for the marked up price. We informed the salesperson that we were cash buyers and would like the Bronco as is, no modifications, and we would buy today. The clerk then attempted to show us vehicles that were 20 thousand dollars above our stated budget. I do not feel that this situation was handled appropriately. No attempt to rectify the situation was made, other then for the salesperson to shrug his shoulder and offer me a free bottle of water. More
