Leo has been great from the original sale to the buyout of the lease. When I bought the Fusion it was during the Covid-19 shutdown. I told him what I was looking for and he found it about 2 months for a of the lease. When I bought the Fusion it was during the Covid-19 shutdown. I told him what I was looking for and he found it about 2 months for a price that was great. The car was delivered to me, so I have never even met Leo. Delivering to me sight unseen was acceptable to me because I was replacing an identical car that was 3 years older, so I knew it well. Leo also handled most of the buyout this year. I don't know who Gordon Lambert is. Leo was about 95% of my communication with Ford so I am rating Leif Johnson Ford the same. More

Sayed was great. Will now have to go back to dealership to get those issues resolved and get an extra key as vehicle only came with one. More
