My name is Brenda Haas, and I visited the dealership many times. Eight years ago, I bought my first Mustang, which I waited all my life for. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman, named Felician Sr, after e times. Eight years ago, I bought my first Mustang, which I waited all my life for. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman, named Felician Sr, after explaining what I was looking for he gave me to his son Felician Junior. I must tell you this is a power couple, that really knows how to help the customer without feeling like they’re chasing you around. To make a long story short, I bought my 2016 mustang 3.7 L from them. I was never happier and still love my car to this very day. I’m sick a lot, so I haven’t driven in as much as most people drive their cars. It’s eight years old and only has 47,000 miles on it. So every time I get in it, it’s like driving a new car. My main reason for making a review today is this, two weeks ago I took a test drive of the 2024 Mustang Ford GT. The excitement was immeasurable. A gentleman named Blake took me for a test drive for as long as I wanted with no rush, explaining everything. If I would’ve had the cash money on me at that moment, I definitely would’ve grabbed it. Blake is very professional, he’s sweet, and he knows the ins and outs of his job, and this particular vehicle like the back of his hand. I was more excited when he showed me the dashboard and all these new options and programs that the mustang had to offer. It was almost the size of an iPad. One of my favorite characteristics of the new program was you could change the way that your exhaust sounded. I am a muscle car enthusiast of American cars. Growing up I helped boys build cars as a teenager. So I know my way around pretty well. Since the GT has a true dual exhaust, the sound just melts you and your seat of excitement. And the fact that you can adjust the way. It sounds like a computer just fascinated me. This young man did not leave anything out and he would’ve spent the whole day with me without me even asking him to. He never rushed me never was impatient, and he truly made me happy. I just wanted to make sure this gentleman got recognized for his grate people skills as well as salesman skills. Nobody likes being pushed into anything or being rushed. Let him be the example for others to follow. Again, I’m sorry I didn’t write this a few weeks ago. I’ve just been very sick.
