The Leif Johnson dealership sales personnel were extremely good; personable, transparent, responsive and honest, especially Blake and Tim who were outstanding. We were lucky enough to have found a Ford Maverick over at Leif Johnson Ford. As soon as we walked in, the receptionist greeted us, she had lovely plants on the desk which were really nice. We were taken care of almost immediately by a salesman, Austin Hicks, who answered every question we had and kept us updated during the entire process. Austin went above and beyond showing us all the added and hidden features of the vehicle. Additionally he checked the vehicle and made sure to replace some faulty components and made all the necessary detailing arrangements. We also got amazing support from their finance manager, Ryan Fisher. Who despite my situation was able to approve me and find a really good deal for my new maverick. Austin is a very nice young salesman who sold us a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee for my 16 year old daughter. Before making the commitment to test drive the vehicle, he did a video walk around of the exterior an 2020 Jeep Cherokee for my 16 year old daughter. Before making the commitment to test drive the vehicle, he did a video walk around of the exterior and interior. When we were satisfied with that, he drove the Jeep to our house for a test drive. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Jeep since he’s a Ford salesman. It’s nice that he did some extra prep work to understand the features so he could educate my daughter before we decided to buy. We ended up buying and did almost everything remotely. He delivered the car to us later that week. I recommend you see Austin at Leif Johnson Ford if you’re in the market. More

Thomas was great. Problem with Leif Johnson is that I was sold a service package that included mobile app service scheduling. I received email confirmation from Leif Johnson my appointment was set. When i showed up to get the Bronco checked out (various manufacturing problems, extra bags sold at checkout for a top the bronco didn't actually come with and to schedule tinting already paid for) - I was told by service department that they don't actually use the Ford app and they did not receive any info I had noted in the app! I was SOLD this feature. Now I have to work with them to get a refund and post this around the internet in the Bronco groups so others don't get lied to or taken advantage of. The sales experience was great but the fact that leif sells a ford service that doesn't work is super irritating. it's more evidence that the 'local dealership' experience is a fictitious dinosaur of a model and has a zero value-add to the customer if they can't follow through supporting ford's app as a service endpoint. Not worth it. Should have gone with a Tesla. This experience has informed my decision to find another dealership for fleet purchases for my small business. Service scheduling precision is a priority. Again, Thomas was awesome. Shame on the dealership for selling me a service plan that doesn't actually work. More
