My wife & I recently purchased a Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid from Fareed Masoumi at Leif Johnson Ford in Austin. The truck is an extremely difficult model to find. Fareed made note of our prior inquiry and contacted us on a Sunday when a customer transaction fell through and the vehicle became available. He drove to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to provide additional photos to aid our decision making. We've bought new and used vehicles for over 30 years, and Fareed, is hands down, one of the best salespeople we've ever worked with! He is knowledgeable, attentive, courteous, genuine and loves what he does. He sets a very high standard for others in his field. Leif Johnson also has many vintage automobiles onsite for sale. Being an avid car enthusiast, I admired a rare, low miles 1970 Mustang Grande (with houndstooth roof that matches the interior) on the lot. Salesperson Frank Ayala noticed my interest in this vehicle and asked if I'd like to start it up. I obliged and it started on the first try! What a time capsule! Sometimes, those not directly involved with the sale of a vehicle can positively affect the experience for the buyer. Thank you, Frank! We are loving our new Maverick! Fareed is promptly following up on some add-on accessories that were included in the sale, but not yet installed.
