We just finalized a purchase on a Ford Maverick Hybrid and I have to say this was one of the easiest car purchases we have ever had. Our salesman was Aaron and he is just such a nice guy and was so helpfu and I have to say this was one of the easiest car purchases we have ever had. Our salesman was Aaron and he is just such a nice guy and was so helpful from the time I ordered the Maverick and all through the waiting period. He answered all questions and spent time showing us how everything works. Also Wesley, the manager was also very helpful and made the process easy. I would highly recommend Leif Johnson and Aaron. After a misstep with the first appointment and sales person, with a less than acceptable experience, I let Jason Biniak at the dealership know, and within minutes was contacted by the used car sales dir person, with a less than acceptable experience, I let Jason Biniak at the dealership know, and within minutes was contacted by the used car sales director John Holt, and he requested that I give them another chance, which I was more than willing to. He said he would make things right and he certainly did. He had the car at my office first thing the next morning for me to test drive. From there on my sales person, Casey did an excellent job and provided great customer service. More
