After a misstep with the first appointment and sales person, with a less than acceptable experience, I let Jason Biniak at the dealership know, and within minutes was contacted by the used car sales dir person, with a less than acceptable experience, I let Jason Biniak at the dealership know, and within minutes was contacted by the used car sales director John Holt, and he requested that I give them another chance, which I was more than willing to. He said he would make things right and he certainly did. He had the car at my office first thing the next morning for me to test drive. From there on my sales person, Casey did an excellent job and provided great customer service. More
