Leif Johnson Ford is the only dealership my husband and myself will do business with. We have been going through them since 2014 and purchased 5 different vehicles through them. Our first experience was a myself will do business with. We have been going through them since 2014 and purchased 5 different vehicles through them. Our first experience was a crazy one. We had never purchased a car and had no credit. Leo Light called us one day after reviewing what we were looking for with news that they found one we could finance. During the signing of the paperwork and the finance process, we were introduced to Ryan Fisher. Ryan took the time to explain every detail of the finance and what we could do to help our credit and lower the interest rates after we had paid for a while on the vehicle. This was something we thought of over the many years after. Fast forward to this past month, my husband was hit by another driver totaling the 2022 Ford Bronco Sport we got just last year. At the same time, Tim Jacobs reached out to check in on us via email. When I explained the situation, he worked hard to assist me with all the questions and the steps I would need to take to get into our new vehicle. Tim was knowledgeable and made the buying experience easy and fast. Tim assisted us both in 2022 and this year. Last year our insurance was not open, and we led to trouble providing proof of coverage. This year we had a rental, but only my husband drives. Both times, to keep us from panicking over the concern of when we could take possession of our new vehicles. Tim dropped off the cars to us. To make the story more interesting. When we sat down with finance to sign all the paperwork. We were set up with Ryan Fisher again. It had been almost 10 yrs. since the last time he helped us out, yet he remembered us. He was super friendly and provided the extra details of how to ensure after they finished totaling out our vehicle, we got refunds for services we didn’t get to utilize. My husband and I have always enjoyed doing business with Leif Johnson Ford and highly recommend you go to them if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Just tell them Kim and Ruben sent you.
