We had a horrible experience from start to finish. The first two salesmen we worked with failed to follow though on their word in December. We returned in January and worked with another salesman. We asked for the total out the door price of a vehicle, which we received on a Friday. That Monday we started the purchase process at home (which we were told would be simple and quick). Fast forward to 3pm Monday afternoon and still no progress on the purchase. The salesman was too busy helping others. We drove to the dealership and were told upon arrival that the price was $1500 more. We finally completed the sale Tuesday evening but we are, as of 2/20, still waiting for copies of the purchase paperwork. The dealership has tried making the situation better with a few free oil changes. More
