Although my purchase of a vehicle was not typical, the process took way too long. They have an text system where multiple people respond and none know what the other has done. Duplicate requests, starting over with a new person, and multiple calls from different people on the same deal. Also, after verbally agreeing to a deal, the sales paperwork added costs that were not agreed to including a dealer installed lojack system and document fees that should have been removed per the agreement. Salesman agreed to remove the lojack system but when the final paperwork was ready to sign, the system was not removed. I had to ask again to remove which would not have been caught if I had not reviewed the paperwork in detail. Finally, two keys were requested early on and on the day before pick up of the vehicle the salesman shares he only has one. He indicated that he did not have a second key and was out of his control as many trade ins only provide one key. As a Ford dealer, a second key should not be hard to make but was informed that their key maker only comes on Fridays and was otherwise impossible to get a key made. After quite a bit of back and forth, the sales found a second key at the last moment. The entire deal took over a week and was not as smooth as others I have been a part of. The experience was not terrible (average) and I have definitely experienced better. More

Overall great experience, sales associate was very communicative and responsive to what we were looking for. But, the financial staff was not clear on benefits of a maintenance warranty for an electri communicative and responsive to what we were looking for.
