Scheduled a recall/repair fir my vehicle when you didn’t have stock of the parts required for the service. Leaving me without my vehicle for a full day and nothing being done. Initial phone discussion was agreed Bobby Lee would fix my door creak based on info I provided and last time he fixed it, since he was the only one who figured it out previously. Same creak came back a year later, which I found a Ford tech note about myself. After 3 days of paying for rental, details had not been communicated to Bobby and he hadn’t looked at it for two days. Finally I came to get my car back since nothing had been done and nobody called me, and was told by the rep that that’s not how their process works. I said that was the agreement on the phone, he put it back on me as if I hadn’t followed correctly. Ford would not refund the car rental, but the car rental shop at the dealer gave me a sizable discount because they agreed it was not right what happened. So I was out money for car rental, no progress on car and I had also asked for new tires when I brought it in. That didn’t happen within those three days either. They said they were too busy. I asked what the point of making an appointment was. door creak still there and I’d love Bobby to look at it. Last time he said immediately, ‘oh yeah I know that one’. And he fixed it. I ended up buying tired elsewhere. More
