I emailed the Mercedes Dealership in response to a vehicle that I had seen posted on the internet. Within hours a salesman, Brad Katz, responded by email. The next day, we scheduled an appointment t vehicle that I had seen posted on the internet. Within hours a salesman, Brad Katz, responded by email. The next day, we scheduled an appointment to see the car. Prior to my coming in, Brad asked a few questions which allowed him to be more prepared when I came. There was no pressure to make a pressure and after several days, I drove off in a beautiful E350. I've had my car for just over a month and I am even happier now than I was when I pulled off the lot. I phoned the Internet Manager, Andy Rupert, about a few cars I had viewed both on line and after general business hours one evening. Andy was very pleasant and efficient, providing me with detailed informa cars I had viewed both on line and after general business hours one evening. Per my request, he provided me with lease v. purchase options for the vehicles under discussion. Andy understood the financial parameters that my wife and I were working within and he brought to our attention other vehicles within that range that we seriously factored into our ultimate decision. After agreeing on a price for a 2010 Cadillac CTS, Andy was able to find us a better financing rate than the one we were prepared to go with.
