My son and I visited the Dealership on Monday, June 26, 2023. When we entered the dealership, several people walked by us and never offered assistance to us. I walked around the dealership and looked into several offices and still no one acknowledged my presence. This was very disappointing to me because I purchased my vehicle at this dealership. Needless to say, we will be visiting Cody at Mercedes of North Olmstead tomorrow, per the recommendation of my sister who purchased her vehicle at the North Olmstead location. I'm looking forward to being treated like a real customer. We are African American, I'm wondering if that had something to do with the lack of acknowledgement at the dealership. Oh well, I guess it's their loss. More

Bought a used 2015 Mercedes ML350 at the end of March 2023. After having the car for only 35 days and putting on 650 miles the Engine stalled out on me. Unable to get the engine to restart, I then had the Mercedes towed to a local import repair shop to get looked at. It was found that the engine was locked up and would require replacement. Called the dealer to seek assistance and was told they put over $4,000.00 into reconditioning the vehicle, and that because I had an independent repair shop look at it they declined any assistance. I offered to have it towed to my local Mercedes dealer, but was told since another shop looked at it they wouldn't be helping out. I bought a Mercedes from a Mercedes dealer, I expected more. More
