The only negative part of the experience was the last-minute attempt to sell us an extended warranty by the sales manager (maybe the business manager, the guy who signed all the final paperwork with us). It would have been better if he had asked us, "Would you like to hear about our extended warranty plans?", rather than to just jump into the presentation. He's probably required to do it, but I felt pressured and uncomfortable. More
