Just leased a 2026 Honda Ridgeline from Leith AutoPark Honda and had a great experience. Russ Mann was our salesperson and he really went above and beyond to make the whole process easy. I always come to Leith Honda when it’s time for me to get a new car, the entire staff is amazing. As a woman buying a car, I was prepared for some of the common challenges many women can face during the car-buying process. Sometimes women encounter salespeople who talk down to them, make assumptions ab common challenges many women can face during the car-buying process. Sometimes women encounter salespeople who talk down to them, make assumptions about their knowledge, pressure them into decisions, or make the financing process feel confusing and overwhelming. Thankfully, my experience was the exact opposite. Travis was outstanding from start to finish. He treated me with respect, listened carefully to what I wanted, and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain vehicle features, and help me find the right car for my needs and budget. I always felt like he was working with me rather than trying to sell me something. The finance process was equally impressive. The finance manager made everything easy to understand and took the time to clearly explain the financing agreement, warranty options, and paperwork. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything extra, no confusing sales tactics, and no feeling of being rushed through the process. Every question I had was answered patiently and professionally, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions.
