Great first time experience This was my first car buying experience with a dealership and they were absolutely great the whole way through.Unfortunately this was a purchase that This was my first car buying experience with a dealership and they were absolutely great the whole way through.Unfortunately this was a purchase that was needed sooner rather than later (transmission starting to go on current car and just started a new job 45 minutes away) and so my budget was already tight, but I had made an appointment to look at a few preowned vehicles that I felt was affordable. I got to work with Stu and he made the whole experience amazing. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the vehicle I wanted due to not having a paystub from my new job yet ( I was approved for financing however), but he made it so that I was able to purchase a brand new 2019 Honda CR-V and he made it work for my budget. I am forever grateful to Stu and the team for their help and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family . They’ve gotten a new customer for like. More

The dealership changed my shocks and struts because my Pilot was making a noise when's i was going over uneven terrain. A month later I noticed that the noise continues. I went back to the dealership. The Service Manager (who was amazing) took the time to ride with me and understand the noise I was referring to. After our ride he said he will take care of it. We made a subsequent appointment. The dealership replaced the stabilizer rods on he front axel free of charge. They could have charged me, but they wanted to make sure that the issue that was originally diagnosed was handled properly. If this is not customer service then I don't know what is. Very unexpected in the auto industry. Thank you for taking care of us in such a great manner. More
