Moon roof was stuck in open position on my 2008 Honda Accord Mark, in the service department, went above and beyond the call of duty. This was going to cost almost a $1,000 to get fixed. I happened to mention Mark, in the service department, went above and beyond the call of duty. This was going to cost almost a $1,000 to get fixed. I happened to mention that I believe that we had purchased an extended warranty. He said it probably had expired but he would check and low and behold we had purchased an extended warranty and it was still valid!! Thank you Mark for your extra effort!!! It was great, until the end I had a great experience until Ken, the service advisor was short with me, going over my state inspection. He said I needed a new window regulator, an I had a great experience until Ken, the service advisor was short with me, going over my state inspection. He said I needed a new window regulator, and when I said I just had it replaced, he then asked which one. I said, it was the driver side. Then in a condescending response "I said it is the right side".. then rushed me out. More
