After having spent over 2 hours at a Toyota dealership, we were tired, but fairly resigned to purchase. I convinced my husband "just to look at a Honda" to make sure we were making the right choice. Maria greeted us, patiently explaining the benefits of the Honda, showing us all the features we had never had on our older car. Never once were we pressured "to make a decision today" or made to feel that we were wasting her time. She and Jamal worked with us to get the options we wanted, at a payment with which we were comfortable. After the sale, when we picked up the vehicle, Maria patiently walked us through all the options, familiarizing us with new technology.
