Due to a doctor appointment, I also requested to come back to finish the purchase process in a few hours and he went ahead and arranged it. When I came back, the paperwork was ready and the car was cleaned to go. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and affable throughout, keeping me informed about the wait time on delivery and making me feel like I was the only person he was working with. I enjoyed chatting with him as we finalized the deal and didn't feel pressured. The whole experience was great (apart from the chilly temperature- take a jacket....)- thanks to Ronny Davis for dealing with my initial interest, and to Casey for liaising through email.
