The initial reception was warm as one would expect, Laura from the internet division was great. Once I got to the point of coming in person I met Don who was also a pleasure to work with. Now about that missing star, all was well up to the point I declined any additional warranty while working with Johanna... Her demeanor flipped so fast even Simone Biles would've been impressed, seriously she went from sweet to sour in an instant, but that didn't lose the star. The 5th star was lost when she referred to myself and girlfriend as ba***rds as she left the room; if the service elsewhere at the dealership hadn't been great I would've not come back to sign the check she overlooked in her moments of rage. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and my business was earned. The 2017 Civic Hatchback Ex is a great car, but there are some little things you'll miss if coming from an Accord such as a lockable glovebox and the missing lights on doors that illuminate the ground when open. Tip, make sure you get an itemized list of the accessories or you may run into issues with loans at SECU, mine worked out in the end as planned. More

Best Day Ever! One of the most important aspects to consider is that I am from NYC and I went to NC for wedding, I happen to pass by Honda wanting know car options, One of the most important aspects to consider is that I am from NYC and I went to NC for wedding, I happen to pass by Honda wanting know car options, I saw John and ask him one question about a new Civic Hatchback, he answered with so much great information and the proceeded to ask me if anyone else was helping me, we were only been there 2-3 minutes. He then proceeded to answer ALL MY questions in regards to: Accord, Pilot, CRS and then The CRV. Mind you I went in there to ask questions in regards to a sedan. In 10 minutes I was already test driving a CRV which was so comfortable and smooth. It was a lower model, he then showed me the EX Version and ME AND WIFE FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. I sat down and started talk numbers which is my kind of language. It was already almost 8 and my wife, my daughter and my mom were hungry and I had to go to the air port. So we could NOT run a credit check. John mentioned that we can do this first thing the morning. So 945am sharp I was pulling into Auto Park Honda, and John was already there ready with my new CRV and the keys. He then spoke to me more about the benefits of having and extended warranty. I GOT A NEW BLACK CRV for a great price! We are so happy and THANK YOU JOHN and thank you Auto Park Honda! More
