She made suggestions I wouldn't have thought of, such as locking the doors as soon as I put the car in Drive. I'm a recent transplant to NC, so while I'm a Honda loyalist (this is my sixth Honda, third brand new), I hadn't established a relationship with a dealer I trust here. I've been interested in a new car for awhile, and I worked with a different salesperson last year to see if I could make a deal work. The person I dealt with at that time had no interest in working with me, as my situation was less than ideal. I left that day with a bad taste in my mouth about Autopark. In fact, I started working with my old salesperson in the Northeast to avoid having to buy a car from Autopark (800 miles away!!). I was even reluctant to bring my car back in for an oil change, but since Cary is the closest to me, I relented. The service department has been great to work with (thanks, Johnathan!) , but as I waited, knowing I had been looking for a trade, my friend told me there was a car on the lot I should see. He brought Justin over to talk to me, and with patience and kindness, Justin spent time making a deal work for ME. I felt that Justin went out of his way to take me and my situation into consideration; he never pressured me nor made me feel like an inconvenience to him. And even though it was late, Ferrante worked patiently through the paperwork and never rushed me. I love my new car--and my new dealership. More

Everyone had the attitude that I was important and was their first priority. This is the best dealership I have ever encountered. And I ended up with a great car. More

We went to the dealership knowing we want a 2017 accord sedan LX based model with set goals, which is lower down payment and lower monthly payment. Deandre listent to our concerns and went above amd beyond to help us with price and picking the right car. He was also very patient with going through the car functions with us.
