Khaled delivered White Pearl Odyssey SE for the price I wanted, even that was almost half way below initial estimates and prices that other dealers could provide. He also provided great, friendly service during all the time and I drove home on my dream car and highly impressed! Don't go anywhere else, if you planning to buy Honda! More

My circumstances dictated that I could not complete a purchase on my first visit, and I returned two months later to continue working with Calvin Ng. Calvin is a new salesman and very eager to prove himself, and he did a very good job. He was attentive to all my questions. I thought the process of finalizing the terms of the lease took a little longer than expected, and once I got through talking with the finance people, I ended up with a higher lease amount than I would have preferred. But all told, I was happy with the experience and extremely satisfied with the new Honda Fit that I'm driving now. More
Greedy Dealership Beware!! My husband and I were in the market for a new Honda Odyssey EX-L. I shopped around online with different local Honda dealerships in the area, and was My husband and I were in the market for a new Honda Odyssey EX-L. I shopped around online with different local Honda dealerships in the area, and was offered a great price on the Odyssey by Sanford Honda. Since Auto Park was the closest Honda dealership to my home, I decided to test drive the car there and see if they would price match the deal Sanford Honda offered me. I met with salesman, Khaled Elridi. He was very informative and he knew just how to explain all the bells & whistles and safety features on the car. Mr. Elridi was a definite bright spot on my overall experience. Once we sat down to discuss the price, I asked if they would price match or even beat the price Sanford gave me. Glenn Finkel, the sales manager came over to meet with us and gave us this whole spiel on how Auto Park is currently the #9 ranked dealership in the nation and how they sell 250+ cars a month with a million dollar profit. Then he started to belittle Sanford Honda saying they only sell 21 cars a month and that there's no way that they would take such a huge loss when they don't make much profit to begin with. He warned us Sanford Honda would probably hide and add extra fees because the price was too good to be true and there was no way they would let the vehicle out the door at that price. So I asked Mr. Finkel, if Auto Park is the #1 Honda dealership selling 250 + cars a month and make a huge profit why wouldn't they price match Sanford Honda's price? Certainly, the "loss" wouldn't affect them, as he made it clear they take losses on some vehicles but make them up on others to the tune of an overall profit. But he refused to work with our number and told us to go to Sanford Honda because his dealership would not take a $800 loss. He assured us we would drive out to Sanford only to find out that the vehicle would not be sold at that price, find up-charges only to return back to Auto Park and take his offer (which, by the way, already had someone else willing to buy it...you know how it goes). Well the following day, my husband and I went to Sanford Honda and lo and behold purchased the Odyssey EX-L for the same great out of the door price they had offered us... plus they included additional accessories at no extra cost. There was no games or gimmicks with them; we were in & out the door in 90 mins. They did not add any extra hidden fees as Mr. Finkel said they would. If you want a great deal on your next Honda purchase go to SANFORD HONDA...it's a bit further if you live in the city, but it's worth the drive there! Auto Park Honda is a GREEDY dealership! They do not seem to price match or try to negotiate with their customers to try to get them the best price for their budget. My husband is likely getting a new vehicle in the next year and it will NOT be from Auto Park Honda. More
