Listening is a skill, and Shaun (despite his youth), has mastered the skill of listening to customers and responding in an efficient, professional manner. Never did I get the impression that the interests of the dealership were a priority over my satisfaction. I needed to downgrade my Honda due to retirement by trading-in for a lease vehicle. Shaun listened, gave me options, and ultimately exceeded my expectations. You cannot train for this type of compassion and empathy - it is intuitive. More
