Very patient and no pressure person I was very pleased with Calvin's demeanor and character throughout the entire process. I switched which car we were buying at least 4 times and final I was very pleased with Calvin's demeanor and character throughout the entire process. I switched which car we were buying at least 4 times and finally Calvin helped put me in the CR-V that made the most sense and had all the options that were important to my family. I have dealt with my fair number of dealerships and salesmen, Calvin was by far the easiest and most pleasant to work with. If I needed another Honda, I would not bother going to any other salesperson than Calvin. Good work Calvin! More

Awesome and Easy! I came in to trade my leased car in. I thought it was going to be a long and complicated ordeal since my car was leased in New York. But I was wrong! My salesman Brian was very helpful. He worked with one of the sales managers Glenn to get me an awesome deal and they really went out of their way to help me walk out happy with my new car. A very uneven experience I made an appointment with the dealership after I found out that my 2004 Odyssey was a subject to another recall. It was taken care of quickly. No problems here. What was the problem is that I decided to do a test drive of the new 2016 Accord. After all they have signs "test drive a new Honda today" plastered all over the dealership. Also, I will be buying a new car within a couple of months anyway. And I bought my two last cars from them. So, I asked the receptionist for a test drive. As it was before 9AM, when most of the salespeople show up, I was asked to wait till 9AM. OK, no problem. A bit after 9AM I was called as a salesman (Dennis) was available to test drive with me. I told the guy that I am not planning on buying a car today and gave him specific reasons why. He tried the usual sales speech about how it's the best time to buy a car right now. I did not care and reiterated why I have to wait a couple of months. He then asked what car I would like to drive and started checking the inventory. Then he said, we don't have in the color you want. I reiterated that I am not buying it today anyway, I just want to get a feel of the car. He checked the inventory again, found the one that I should be interested in and got the keys. We went outside to search for a car. Since the salesman had no idea where the car was parked (how they keep a track of their inventory?) we got into a golf cart and embarked on a journey of finding the car. After about 15 minutes in the temperatures below freezing and wind, we finally found the car. However, it was a 2-door car, while I was interested in a 4-door. The salesman apologized and brought me back to the dealership. So, just help me to understand the following: 1. If you lose interest in me after I say that I will buy the car, just not today, how do you expect me to come back when I am ready to buy? 2. Why you just don't listen what the customer wants? 3. Why you don't know where your stuff is? 4. Why not to bring the car to the dealership, so the customer won't have to freeze in the cold? Sorry Autopark Honda, but you lost my business. But please feel free to take my complaints seriously and act upon them. It may prevent you losing more customers. More

I had actually came in to look at a used vehicle which was already purchased by the time I arrived. Feeling a little hopeless, Brian suggested I consider the 2016 Honda HR-V. I had never thought of it before and wasn't really considering a newer vehicle. He helped run my numbers and it actually turned out to be a better deal than the used car I was looking for! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I cannot express how grateful I am for Brian, Johanna and the AutoPark Honda Team for helping me get into a new car to accommodate my growing family. I'm a customer for life! More
