Happily Suprised by Process I stared off my Honda Odyssey search by exchanging a few emails with Casey at the Internet department. She was prompt and responsive. I was surprised by the competitiveness of the internet quote, so I stopped by on New Year's Day prepared to "do battle" with the entire car-buying process. I half-expected them to not honor the Internet pricing and employ the usual sales tactics. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and started the process with salesman Mike Tuck. Mike was not pushy (no upselling to higher trim, unneeded accessories, etc.) at all and quickly demo'ed the Odyssey. He was knowledgeable about the product, helpful, and friendly. After the test drive, it was clear that we were serious about making a purchase and so we went to his desk to talk numbers. This was the part that I expecting to be painful. I was happily surprised when the internet quote was honored without issue and without any "shady" practices you may have experienced before. He walked us through the process and was very transparent with us, which was a new experience for us. The price was very competitive. The Finance guy, Kain, was fine. He offered the usual warranties and paint protection which we declined. The warranties and pain protection offering was packaged into the monthly payments (not itemized). I was not interested either way, so it did not bother me. The financing was as advertized, so no issue there. All in all, we had a very positive experience. Definitely one of the easiest / low-stress car purchases we've made. Good job. More

We had first tried another Honda dealer but found the process there manipulative and off-putting. Our experience at Auto Park was the exact opposite. Corey Jones was a pleasure to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We shopped, test-drove, came to terms quickly on both the lease turn-in and the two new leases, and drove away in our two new Hondas, all in about seven hours on a busy day. First Honda Purchase This was my first Honda purchase, and before this I had only owned 2 other vehicles. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My parents came with me, and they thought it the whole experience was the best too. We were treated with such kindness, and friendliness, especially from the sales consultant Ronny who helped me with my Honda purchase. Ronny was extremely kind, very attentive to our needs, and answered all of our questions. I will highly recommend Auto Park Honda in Cary to my friends and family! :) More
Customer service after the sale is TERRIBLE ! The salesman did a good job and I felt good about my purchase. Until I took my car to service today for my add ons. I made clear to the gentleman ! When I checked on my car around 1130 they hadn't even started working on it. Then some lame excuse that the wrong door strips came in and it would take another 2-3 hours. Despite paying 32K on the CR-V touring it does not come with a printed owner's manual, tire warranty or nav. manual. The 2nd page of the short manual states Honda is trying to save on paper (ya that may be true but it's also cheaper). All this is on a disk that can not be used in the car CD player, and is therefore useless if you are on the road. The short manual referred me to owners,honda.com to request the printed copies, and going to that website refers you back to dealer. By phone I spoke to both Glen and Garry who were going to look into it. When I saw Glen today he "forgot" and I don't know where Glen was. While they all seem to sympathize with the lack of printed documents, no one seems to want to do anything about it. More

Made an appointment with Mr. Bruce (based on an earlier test drive a few weeks earlier) as he had what we wanted at the best price point . (Note: There was never any pressure from any of the Honda staff.) Mr. Bruce moved us through the process and the paperwork quickly yet thoroughly, answering all our questions - he knows his stuff. Had a hiccup with the audio system, which was flawlessly replaced by the service dept when we had roof rails installed a week later. Interaction with the service department was super as well. I gave the Facilities 4 stars. Cary Autopark Honda had just moved into their new facility, and it seemed like they were still unsettled. More

There was no attempt to have us look at models we weren’t interested in or pressure to make a decision that day. Also, unlike some other dealerships, Peter did not request a lot of personal information while we were just looking. We would recommend using Peter for assistance in selecting and purchasing a Honda automobile. More
