He would've done whatever was necessary for customer satisfaction, but wanted to present the best option. We were at the end of the month. The dealership did not have the color we were looking for. We were concerned that with the extra logistics that we might miss out on the Financing deal that was to end in the next day. He was very responsive and patient through the whole process. It was also nice to work through the Internet department for an initial quote and start the process rolling. The purchasing process took a little longer than I liked, but the accommodations were nice with a coffee maker, water, and popcorn snacks. More
