Great First Experience at AutoPark Honda Purchased a new vehicle earlier this week and it was an amazing experience because of the people involved. This was my first trip to AutoPark Honda an Purchased a new vehicle earlier this week and it was an amazing experience because of the people involved. This was my first trip to AutoPark Honda and it was a great place to visit, but the key was the people I dealt with. Two in particular: 1) Laura Robinette, Internet Sales - she was very courteous, prompt, and informative in her email exchanges. In fact, I was talking to several other dealers including Sanford, Burlington, and Crowne, and none of them were as responsive and helpful as Laura was. Once the initial quote was worked out and agreeable, I was referred to meet with Charlie Kline (sales manager) who then introduced us to the sales rep, Ronny Davis. 2) Ronny Davis was an awesome salesman. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful - we had done our homework ahead of time so he was very responsive to our requests and needs. He helped facilitate a great deal, was extremely informative about the vehicle we were purchasing, and helped follow through with getting the add ons we wanted in a timely manner. Took delivery of the vehicle today and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend Ronny Davis at AutoPark Honda for your next Honda purchase. More

Great Overall Buying Experience!! My husband and I were interested in a used Honda Pilot. We had searched online for several weeks trying to narrow down exactly what we were looking My husband and I were interested in a used Honda Pilot. We had searched online for several weeks trying to narrow down exactly what we were looking for. We had visited a different dealership and weren't too impressed. We then decided to check out some advertised Pilots at Autopark Honda in Cary that were within our budget and had the specs that we were looking for. Caitlin was extremely friendly and helped us to set up an appointment through communication via the internet. We also spoke with Jon Choi before coming in to confirm what we were interested in. John couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. The vehicle we specifically asked for was there waiting for us out front and he walked us to others that had come in and weren't even on their website yet. After looking at all of their current inventory of used Pilots we ultimately decided to go with the one he originally had pulled for us. After discussing the options for finalizing up all the details on the car as well as the overall price, we were able to make a decision and buy the car! Glen came in and helped us to negotiate a fair and even transaction. We were able to do a trade-in to help us with the cost and Glen and Jon both were very easy to work with and communicated with us during the entire process. After deciding on a price and finishing the trade-in Jon helped to show us around the electronic side of the car and program some extras for us. This was the first time we had bought a car from a dealership as a married couple and it could not have been more pleasant. All in all we got a great car for an extremely fair price with a great team of people. We will definitely recommend this dealership and these team members to our friends and family and we also recommend them to anyone who wants to have a positive experience when buying a car and leave with exactly what you want and need for what you want to pay. Allen Alston guided me through my process every step of the way. He was friendly, easy going, and did everything he could to this process easy and fun. I even ended up financing through their dealer as opposed to the auto loan I received from my personal bank, because they went out of their way to get me the best rate they could find. And it made all the difference. I love my car, and I will always recommend Autopark to friends and family! More

Never has car buying been so easy or hassle-free My husband and I visited Autopark Honda back in March just to look/test drive a Honda Pilot but we were in the very beginning stages of car shopping. My husband and I visited Autopark Honda back in March just to look/test drive a Honda Pilot but we were in the very beginning stages of car shopping. We worked with Ronny Davis who was very informative, especially since he owns a Pilot himself. We let him know that we still had other cars we wanted to look at and that it would be another month or two before we were ready to buy. He never once tried to hassle us into buying that day or even after we left the dealership. He let us come back to him when we were ready, as we requested. Furthermore we were hoping to use the USAA car buying service and while AutoPark Honda is not a USAA dealer, they were willing to work with us on the price. When we came back into the dealership the other night, Ronny had already worked to match the USAA price from the certificate I sent him earlier in the day so all we had to do when we got there was essentially pick the color of the car and fill out paper work. Luigi worked on the financing with us and was wonderful to work with as well. I would definitely buy from this dealership again! More
