After searching for a few months, I went into Autopark and received excellent, no pressure service. They had a massive selection of all makes and models of Honda in pristine condition. Allen Alston guided me through my process every step of the way. He was friendly, easy going, and did everything he could to this process easy and fun. I even ended up financing through their dealer as opposed to the auto loan I received from my personal bank, because they went out of their way to get me the best rate they could find. And it made all the difference. I love my car, and I will always recommend Autopark to friends and family! More
Never has car buying been so easy or hassle-free My husband and I visited Autopark Honda back in March just to look/test drive a Honda Pilot but we were in the very beginning stages of car shopping. My husband and I visited Autopark Honda back in March just to look/test drive a Honda Pilot but we were in the very beginning stages of car shopping. We worked with Ronny Davis who was very informative, especially since he owns a Pilot himself. We let him know that we still had other cars we wanted to look at and that it would be another month or two before we were ready to buy. He never once tried to hassle us into buying that day or even after we left the dealership. He let us come back to him when we were ready, as we requested. Furthermore we were hoping to use the USAA car buying service and while AutoPark Honda is not a USAA dealer, they were willing to work with us on the price. When we came back into the dealership the other night, Ronny had already worked to match the USAA price from the certificate I sent him earlier in the day so all we had to do when we got there was essentially pick the color of the car and fill out paper work. Luigi worked on the financing with us and was wonderful to work with as well. I would definitely buy from this dealership again! More

Great customer service from Jae Kim! We were there on Saturday evening looking for a larger vehicle (minivan or SUV) as our family is growing. Jae Kim greeted us and we told him we are in We were there on Saturday evening looking for a larger vehicle (minivan or SUV) as our family is growing. Jae Kim greeted us and we told him we are interested in either the Odyssey or Pilot. He asked us some questions to understand our needs and showed us both vehicles. He convinced us that we should go with the Odyssey and we fell in love with it. So we proceeded to buy the car, but it was already 6pm and we didn't realized the dealer closed earlier on Saturday. We also had a trade in vehicle that needed an appraisal. Jae and his manager stayed until all the negotiations and paper work was done and we got the van at around 8:30pm. The negotiation was a bit longer than we expected and the price didn't budge much, especially for the trade in. We already had an appraisal elsewhere for higher than what they were giving us. Therefore, we think we would've had slightly a better deal trading the car in elsewhere. It was too late to wash and clean the car but we did get a full tank of gas. Jae told us to come back tomorrow for the detail and car wash and Simoniz. When we got home, we noticed a scratch on the back of the vehicle. We called his cell immediately that night and surprisingly he picked up the phone. He told us he will get it taken cared of and it will be same as new. So Sunday, we brought it back and after it was washed and cleaned we inspected the van. Jae got us a work order to get the scratched fixed. Due to the weather that week, the work was scheduled for Friday. In the meantime, we found another small scratch in the front. When I brought the van back on Friday morning for the paint work and Simoniz, I showed Jae the other scratch in the front. He said he will talk to his service manager and got me loaner vehicle for the day. At the end of the day, he called me to inform me that all the work is done and I can pick up my van. Jae and I inspected the van again together and the scratch in the back is still somewhat visible but the front was perfect. He then talked to his service manager again and offered to get this fixed again. When I got home and my husband and I inspected the van, it was barely visible. Therefore, we didn't bother to bring it back again. Throughout all this, what I really like about Jae is that he listens, follows through, and is always accessible. He made sure all our expectations are met even after the deal was already done and kept us informed. This is what great customer service is all about. He built trust in us and that is something very rare in the car sales industry (we've bought 6 new and used cars at dealers and another 5 used cars private party in the past decade). Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and we love this van. I highly recommend Jae Kim at Honda Auto Park in Cary. More

As we were looking at the vehicle we wanted a salesman approached us, introduced himself and asked if he could help us. After a brief get to know you session we felt very comfortable in dealing with our salesman, Charlie Bruce. Charlie is very personable but not high pressure. He knows his business and the product he sells. He was very patient with us through the test drive and deal negotiation, answering all of our questions. We have bought many cars over the years, and this was the easiest and most pleasant experience we have had. If I were in the market for a car, I would definitely put Charlie Bruce and AutoPark Honda on my list. More
