I shopped several dealerships online and by telephone before visiting Autopark Honda. Barbara was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to find out that the exact car I wanted (I had a specific before visiting Autopark Honda. Barbara was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to find out that the exact car I wanted (I had a specific model and color in mind) was going to be delivered to the dealership soon. Before I knew it, we had made a deal. I was especially appreciative that I was able to reserve the car before the dearlership added items to it that I didn't want. Barbara kept me informed when the car was expected, when it arrived, and when I could pick it up. I didn't expect that when I picked up the car, she would spend time with me showing me how to use all of the car's features - radio, nav system, etc. She even connected my phone and preset my radio stations for me! I'm especially looking forward to the Thursday massages when I get my car serviced in the future, and hopefully I'll see Barbara again and say hi. Barbara was professional and helpful, and I would look forward to working with her the next time my family is in the market for a new Honda. More
Our experience with Mr. Rigsbee was excellent. He was very helpful in explaining all the features of the car. We had not decided upon the honda pilot when we arrived at the dealership. The courteous manner and knowledge that David Jackson gave us had much to do with our purchase. As we researched for a new car, we decided to checkout Autopark Honda. Craig and the GM was friendly and quick to introduce themselves to us and help us out. Craig was friendly, professional, and personable with us. He made us feel very comfortable in a situation that is typically stressful and guarded. He aided greatly in the information and test drive of the Fit. There was no pressure to buy that day since we were still researching what cars to consider in that small car/hatchback category. We were impressed by the Fit and Autopark's service, it definitely was on our list to buy at the end of the day. After considering other similar cars, we decided on that FIt and because of the service, went back to Craig. The process of buying was easier than we'd imagined since it was our first new car either one of us had brought. Craig was very helpful to work within our needs and limits. We got the car we wanted for a price we could afford. Craig worked hard to get us the options and color we wanted. I certainly commend his customer service skills. As we picked up the car later that week and to go thru financing, Craig was there every step of the way answering all questions, even as the process went late into the night (there was a line for financing dept). We chatted with him and got to know him, it was comforting to see 'salesman' Craig the same as 'off-work' Craig. When we finally signed all the papers, it was pretty late, but Craig was still there. He escorted us to our new car showed us the basics, the headlights, which greatly appreciated when we finally drove off into the night in our new car.
