We received in the mail an invitation to trade in our 2012 Honda Civic for a new 2013 Civic. We had no intention of doing that prior to receiving this invitation since we were totally happy with our Civ 2012 Honda Civic for a new 2013 Civic. Charlie Bruce (who sold us our 2012 Civic) was wonderful in explaining what we could, and could not, do. We ended up with the new 2013 Civic with just a slight increase in our existing monthly payments. What a way to go! Thanks, Charlie! More

I was initially disappointed in that the price quoted on our visit to the dealership was quite a bit higher than what was quoted later online. It is my view that these should be the same. Peter Gazzard was a knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, no pressure salesman who went the extra mile (literally) personally delivering the car the next day to our home in Chapel Hill. In future dealings, I would definitely work with Peter again, but I would always get a quote online first. More
