Had a major service/fix done at the center. Tech advisor CJ did an excellent job with troubleshooting and providing great service and was very helpful. Excellent service from Autopark Honda. Highly recommend serving the car/van here to ensure genuine parts and high tech equipment are used for installation. Trying to save a few hundred dollars going to one off workshops was a big mistake. Dani was very responsive, she was very knowledgeable, very efficient and really catered to our needs. I have never owned a Honda before and never thought I would, but it is so easy with having two daught very efficient and really catered to our needs. I have never owned a Honda before and never thought I would, but it is so easy with having two daughters under 5 years old for transporting our precious cargo in our 2020 Honda Odyssey Elite.Would highly recommend this dealership. The van had to be transferred from Cary to Raleigh and this was achieved in less than 2.5 hours. More

I take my cars to Auto Park Honda for all my service needs. Since I moved to North Carolina, I tried several dealers and small repair shops. Auto Park Honda has always been the best one in fixing the pr needs. Since I moved to North Carolina, I tried several dealers and small repair shops. Auto Park Honda has always been the best one in fixing the problems and keeping my cars in their top shape. Nick was my service advisor recently to fix a cooling issue. I had to leave the car at the dealer until parts arrived. Nick kept me updated about the repair status and made sure the car was ready shortly after the work finished. I will not hesitate to take my cars to Auto Park Honda for future service. I highly recommend this dealership and Nick. More
